The classic way to burn bakhoor
A metal mabkhara is the traditional incense burner found in almost every Gulf home and majlis. This model stands about 16 cm tall on a square foot, with a raised bowl for a small piece of charcoal and bakhoor, two side handles for passing it between guests, and a pierced dome lid that lets the scent out while holding the ember. It comes in gold, silver, antique bronze or black with gold detail.
It is a respected gift for Eid, for clients in Abu Dhabi, Riyadh and Doha, and for National Day gifts to partners. Many buyers add a jar of bakhoor and a pack of charcoal so it can be used straight away. See the rest of our oud and bakhoor sets and other Arabian heritage gifts.
Branding on the mabkhara and box
The base band takes laser engraving in an area of about 40 x 15 mm, enough for a logo or a short name. The engraving is placed away from the hot bowl so it stays clean and visible. The gift box lid can carry a debossed logo of about 80 x 40 mm, and a card with usage notes and a bilingual greeting can be added.
Packing, safety and delivery
Each burner is packed in a fitted insert inside a rigid gift box. The card inside reminds users that the bowl becomes hot and should stand on a heat-safe surface. Finishes can be mixed in one order. The MOQ and lead time are shown here and confirmed in your quote, and we deliver across the GCC. For Eid al-Adha gifts, request a mabkhara quote.
Frequently asked questions
Does the mabkhara come with bakhoor?
It can. Most buyers add a small jar of bakhoor and a pack of quick-light charcoal so the gift is ready to use. The bakhoor blend can be chosen from several scents and is packed in the same box.
Will the engraving be damaged by heat?
No. The logo is engraved on the base band, away from the bowl where the charcoal sits. Laser engraving cuts into the metal surface, so it does not peel or fade with normal use.
Is an electric version available?
Yes. If recipients prefer not to use charcoal, a rechargeable electric burner is available in the same category. Some buyers order both, with the traditional mabkhara for senior guests and the electric one for office use.
