What logos work best with 3D embroidery?
Bold letters, thick outlines and simple shapes work best because the foam needs room under the stitches. Fine lines, small text and detailed Arabic calligraphy are better in flat embroidery. We can combine both on the same cap.
Can the brim be curved instead of flat?
The brim on a flat peak snapback can be gently curved by the wearer, but if most of your team prefers a curved look, a classic six-panel cap is a better choice. We can quote both styles side by side.
Can we brand under the peak?
Yes. Printing or embroidering a small logo, slogan or pattern under the peak is a popular merch detail. It adds a position to the cost, which is shown separately in your quote.
