Why choose a fabric wristband

A fabric wristband sits between a disposable Tyvek band and a silicone band: it is comfortable for several days, secure for access control, and attractive enough to keep as a souvenir. The strap is 15 mm wide and about 35 cm long, and the one-way clip lets you adjust the fit once and then locks.

It is used for multi-day conferences, festivals and exhibitions, sports tournaments and VIP hospitality, and as a keepsake for UAE National Day and Qatar National Day celebrations. Staff and guests in Abu Dhabi, Doha and Riyadh can wear them through showers and outdoor heat without the band breaking down.

Printing the design

Fabric bands are printed with heat transfer sublimation, which dyes the full length of the strap so photos, gradients and repeating patterns have no colour limit. The print area is about 300 x 15 mm, and the clip can carry a small printed or engraved logo.

Frequently asked questions

Can the wristband be reused?

With a one-way plastic clip, the band locks once and is cut off after the event, which suits access control. Choose a reusable metal clip if guests should be able to take the band off and keep it.

Is the full strap printed?

Yes. Sublimation colours the whole strap, front side, from end to end, so patterns and repeated logos can run across the full length. Very small text under 3 mm high is not recommended on a 15 mm strap.

Can you add RFID chips?

RFID or NFC tags can be fitted for access control or cashless payments on larger events. This depends on your event system, so share the technical requirements and we confirm options in the quote.
