Presentation and ordering
Each watch comes in a hinged presentation box with a pillow insert, warranty card and an optional personal message card. It is the centrepiece of many long service and retirement ceremonies. Frequently asked questions
Can we order men's and women's watches together?
Yes. Matching men's and women's models share the same dial and finish in two case sizes, about 40 and 32 mm. You can mix them in one order, and each watch is engraved individually.
Do we need a logo on the dial?
No. Many companies keep the dial clean and put the logo and personal message on the case back only, so the watch is worn more often. A dial logo is available if you prefer it.
Is there a warranty?
Each watch comes with a manufacturer warranty card for the movement. Warranty terms are confirmed in your quote. Batteries can be replaced by any watch shop.
How many characters fit on the case back?
A case back of about 30 mm comfortably fits three or four short lines, such as name, years of service, date and a small logo. Longer messages are better placed on a card in the box.
