Engraving the front plate and pens

The front plate takes a laser-engraved logo, name or message of about 80 x 30 mm, which shows as a sharp, permanent mark. The pens can carry a smaller logo or name on the barrel. For signing ceremonies, many companies engrave the event name and date on the plate, so each signatory takes home a dated keepsake of the agreement.

Presentation and ordering

Frequently asked questions

Can the pens be removed and used normally?

Yes. Both pens lift out of the sockets and work as normal pens. The ballpoint and rollerball take standard refills, so they stay in use for years. Spare refills can be added to the box.

Is it suitable for a signing ceremony?

Yes. Many companies use a twin pen stand at MoU or contract signings and then give it to the signatory as a keepsake. The plate can be engraved with the event name, date and both parties' logos.

Can we get a single-pen version?

Yes. A single-pen stand is available with the same base, plate and finishes, which lowers the price per piece. We can quote both versions side by side so you can compare.
