Yes. The same design can be printed on both cuts, and the order can be split by cut, size and colour. The minimum usually applies to the total quantity per design, which is confirmed in your quote.

Is 160 gsm cotton see-through in white?

Light white cotton can show a little through it, which is why many buyers choose darker colours or heather grey for events. If white is required, a slightly heavier 180 gsm crew neck tee is a good alternative.

Which print method is cheapest for 200 shirts?

For one or two colour logos, screen printing is usually the cheapest at that quantity. If the design has many colours or each shirt carries a different name, heat transfer is more practical. Your quote compares both.
